Our Story
Who We Are
Cracked Screens started in 1998 with big dreams and ambitions. Luis Santos and his nephew started the company by selling cellphone accessories at a local carwash. Luis took his knowledge and skillset with hard work and dedication and expanded his operations to cellphone repairs. Growing the business against all odds, Luis developed strong community ties and expanded his operations to 3 locations for four years. Luis downgraded his operation to the original location at 2315 California Ave to remain consistent with the company’s core values and service standards.

Community Ties
Cracked Screens is involved in its local community. We have been active members at the Corona Chamber of Commerce for over 20 years. On behalf of Crack Screen, Luis Santos was a member of the executive leadership round table at the chamber.
During the 23 years of business, Cracked Screens has been an active participant in Riverside County. We have worked alongside volunteers to bring development to American Legion 742. We were named business of the year in California, and we have volunteered in programs with the Police department K-9 unit.
